All About Tea

iced teaI’m a big fan of iced tea.  But not all tea is created equally.

McAlister’s Sweet Tea is in a class of its own.  And I love that you can take your cup back all day for free refills!  Cracker Barrel’s Sweet Tea comes in at a close second.  It tastes like it was sunned out on the back porch.  Mmm…

McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A Sweet Teas are good, but they tend to be a little on the overly sweet side.  (One of my friends advised me to try half sweet/half regular tea, but I’ve yet to attempt it.)

I’m also a big fan of flavored teas.  Red Robin’s peach tea is fresh and delicious.  Macaroni Grill has a strawberry tea that is divine.  Charleston’s used to have a unique black currant tea, but they recently replaced it with raspberry, which is also good.  Arby’s has expanded to include FruiTeas (as they call them) – Mandarin Peach, Blackberry, and Passion Fruit.

Here’s to a fresh glass of tea on a hot summer day! 🙂
